Unknown to me, I purchased the course and realized immediately that the course was a pirated version of a true course. I requested for a full refund a day right after I made the purchase.
I followed the exact process that Teachable stated on their refund policy. I followed up with support and they would not provide refund and also refused to give a reason after making several attempts.

I reached out after approximately 14-15 days and wanted a full refund. I have sent more than 20 emails and I do not get an answer. This is such poor support.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I've tried canceling my account to no avail. I opened a ticket/request.
It was sent through and marked as 'resolved' a year ago, and I just now had another almost $500 taken from my account from them!
That's almost $1000 after trying to cancel my account. And I cannot find a customer support number anywhere!

This site is garbage. I have attempted multiple times and on different forums to get ahold of someone.
Theres a problem with my site. 13 weeks since I started trying to contact them and now theyre sending me messages about billing, but STILL wont send me anywhere to have my problem solved.
All they do is have you chat with a robot. A team NEVER gets back with you.
Preferred solution: A response from a person who will fix my site. And THEN I will probably want a refund. This site is EXPENSIVE for having 0 customer service.
